As the founder, Kim has been passionately designing and building hand-crafted furniture. As a True Factory Direct brand, we design, extrude, build, ship, and sell all of our products with integrity because we are strongly familiar and have a connection with each product we carry. Spending eight years in a public Warehouse and Showroom in Kitchener allowed us to build up our brand and continue developing as a company. We further broadened our Showroom in 2019 to include faux outdoor patio furniture and accessories as well.
