Once your application has been submitted a $100 deposit is required. You can pay this online or via e-transfer to info@optholdings.ca. This deposit will come out of your exhibitor fees. All deposits are non-refundable.

2024 BOOTH RATES

10`x 10` booth | $775 each + HST
10`x 20` booth | $1450 each + HST

15 amp Hydro is provided at NO additional cost. Fee applies for higher usage. 8’ Skirted Tables are available at an ADDITIONAL cost of $65 + HST each (tables are raised bar height and 2.5' wide with white vinyl tops and black skirting). Black carpeting is available for your booth at $95 + HST each 10x10’ size. Use of Kitchen $35 + HST. Bags of ice will be available on site.
