FRIDAY ON THE M&T MUSIC STAGE
The Scott Howarth Band
With influences ranging from Hank Williams and Elvis Presley to Luke Bryan and Eric Church, The Scott Howarth Band brings a mix of traditional and modern country with hint of rock ‘n’ roll for an uplifting slice of Country Music with heart felt lyrics, infectious guitar instrumentation with catchy harmonies and anthemic choruses.

Buck Twenty
Singer/songwriter duo Mike Ure and Aidan Johnson-Bujold emerged from the small towns of Harrow and LaSalle, Ontario, in a very big way. In just a few short years, the band has earned incredible accolades and awards. Fans recognize Buck Twenty for their trademark sound, which is bursting with harmonies, catchy hooks, as well as the surplus of positive energy they have on stage. Having opened for artists such as Dan + Shay, Brett Kissel, Randy houser, Justin Moore, and Meghan Patrick, these two aren't afraid to bring a surplus of energy to the stage.

The Bee’s
Bex (vocals) and Ben (guitar, vocals) have been performing fun cover tunes together since January 2018. They cover everything from Johnny Cash to Rihanna, and pretty much everything in between.
Their sweet harmonies and quirky stage presence encourage a fun and lively time to be had with any audience.

Mike Mastandrea & Mars
Mars is a multi-faceted music artist. His skill set includes songwriting, arranging, producing, recording, editing, mixing, mastering, live performance, live sound and teaching. Mars has been performing in front of live audiences consistently with some of the best musicians in Toronto and surrounding areas for over 25 years. Over the years, his discography has grown to include a wide variety of musical styles, including rock, reggae, folk, blues, pop, hip hop, and rap.

About our cooking stage presenters
Chef D
Chef Darryl Fletcher’s (ChefD) inspiration to pursue a culinary career began while watching Graham Kerr (The Galloping Gourmet) and trying some recipes at home.
He is a graduate of the Chef program at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. ChefD’s career, as a Chef, has grown from humble beginnings in Kitchener, to all over North America, eventually returning back home to Kitchener. ChefD has appeared as a popular guest on CTV News at Noon Kitchener, CTV Vancouver, CTV Edmonton, City TV’s Breakfast Television, CHCH Morning Live, and Kitchener’s Rogers Daytime and Inside Guelph on Rogers TV.

Jeremy Parsons
Jeremy Parsons has been delighting taste buds across North America and the Caribbean for over 20 years with his culinary and mixological creations. His lifelong love of food and drinks has guided him to author two cookbooks the latest INVITE cocktails canapes company features modern twists on classic food and drinks. His new show The Gastro Guru for Amazon Prime is currently in production and will stream late this year. If you want to learn some Cocktail tips and tricks along with some fun recipes then come see him on stage or at the SIP Niagara booth.

Karen Emeny
With her catchy hooks and honest lyricism, Karen Emeny’s sound is one unconstrained by genre — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Karen has found herself sharing the stage with a slew of big names, opening for Chase Rice and Dan Davidson at London Music Hall, and Trackside Music Festival in support of Thomas Rhett and Dallas Smith. Karen has continued to entertain crowds at several events across the province, including both the Kitchener-Waterloo and London Food & Wine Festivals, and the prestigious VIP Lounge at Budweiser Gardens.
